Echo

Echo is a software solution to manage the environmental impact of aviation, dedicated to suit the needs of airports, ANSPs, governments, and residents.

The aviation industry is heading towards net-zero carbon emissions by 2050. To achieve this, aircraft need to be improved and better fuels need to be used, but this requires time. The industry cannot sit-back and wait for these improvements only. Echo allows its users to take action today, achieving reduced annoyance, improved air quality and more efficient operations.

Echo builds on top of the following five principles, inspired by ICAO's Balanced Approach and Canso's guide to managing the impacts of aviation noise:

  • Reduction of noise at source
  • Land use planning and management
  • Noise abatement operational procedures
  • Operating restrictions
  • Community engagement
